· Customized products cannot be returned.
· Customized products are subjected to a policy that requires full payment up front.

· Standard engraving (25 business days): 0 Lei
· Express engraving (within 1/3 working days, include 1 letter, 1 word, 1 date, 1 sentence, 1 or more symbols): 150 Lei.
· Special project engraving: 200 Lei.
