Malvensky Corporation S.R.L. processes personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the processing purposes outlined above, and thereafter for compliance with applicable legal requirements and for the protection of the legal rights and interests of the website administrator.

In the case of sales operations, data processing will occur for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, but no longer than 3 years from the termination of the contract or the last interaction with us, and subsequently in accordance with the company’s legal obligations related to financial accounting/archiving (please note that in certain explicitly regulated cases, we store data for the period prescribed by law, such as keeping invoices for 10 years), and for the protection of the legal rights and interests of our company.
